Customer Guidelines

Welcome to Diva Dolls Supreme Cleaning – Where Cleanliness Meets Royalty

You’ve just taken a powerful step toward reclaiming your peace, your time, and your space. At Diva Dolls Supreme Cleaning, we don’t just clean homes—we create serene, sparkling environments tailored to your lifestyle.

As a female-owned small business serving Gwinnett and Rockdale counties, we pride ourselves on building trust through reliability, consistency, and care. Our founder’s background as a military spouse and special needs mom gives us a unique understanding of busy households and the importance of a clean, peaceful home.

Here’s what to expect now that you’re part of the Diva Dolls family:

Communication is a Priority


Have questions, feedback, or changes? Reach out any time. Open communication helps us serve you better and build lasting client relationships.

Time Estimates
Our timeframes, especially for first-time cleanings, are estimates. If more time is needed to complete your home properly, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional time or cost. If you prefer we stop at the scheduled time, we will clean as much as possible within that window.

To ensure our team can work efficiently, we ask that you:

  • Clear floors of toys, clothes, or clutter

  • Remove paperwork and personal items from countertops

  • Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher or off to the side

Arrival Windows
We offer flexible arrival windows based on route logistics. Morning appointments typically begin around 8:30 AM (or 9 AM on Fridays) with a one-hour arrival window. Afternoon appointments follow morning cleanings. If you’d like a courtesy text when we’re en route, let us know.

Billing and Payments
All clients are required to have a card on file. A 50% deposit is charged to secure your first service. If the home is inaccessible or unprepared at the time of your appointment, this deposit is non-refundable. After your service is complete, the remaining balance will be charged automatically. Payments not received within five business days will incur a 10% late fee.

Tipping Your Technician
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. You may tip in person, via our digital link, or set up recurring tips. Most clients tip between 10%–20%, though any amount is welcomed.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our mission is to exceed your expectations. We offer a post-clean walk-through for you to inspect our work. If you are unavailable or notice an issue after your clean, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a technician back to resolve the concern at no extra cost.

Special Requests
If there’s something unique you’d like us to address, please let us know before your appointment. This helps us allocate the appropriate time and resources to meet your needs.

Valuables and Breakage
Please secure all valuables, personal paperwork, fragile items, or heirlooms. Our team will not handle personal mail or use plug-in wax melts. If an item is broken, we will notify you immediately and determine the best course of action.

We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or unsealed surfaces. Clients have 24 hours to report damage.

Products and Equipment
We do not use harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia. We assume all surfaces are sealed unless you tell us otherwise.

Recurring Services
Clients who book recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) will maintain their scheduled frequency. Adjustments do not reset your service pattern. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to find an alternate day, though we cannot guarantee the same cleaner.

Afternoon Initial Cleanings
All initial cleanings scheduled in the afternoon must conclude by 4:30 PM. If more time is needed, we’ll schedule a return visit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours' notice will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Lockouts or no-shows will be charged 100%. Last-minute cancellations may leave our team without work for that day, so we appreciate advance notice whenever possible.

Pets and Safety
We love your pets. However, for their safety and ours, we ask that aggressive or anxious animals be secured. Let us know if certain areas of your home should remain closed or pet-free.

Service Matching
Please review the service descriptions prior to booking. If the service requested does not match the condition or size of the home upon arrival, we will communicate any time or cost changes before continuing.

Access and Requirements
To complete your service, we require:

  • Access to the property at the time of the appointment

  • Hot water and electricity

  • Operational toilets and climate control (heating or air)

If any of these are unavailable upon arrival, your service will be canceled, and a full-service fee will be charged.

Biohazards and Infestations
We are not licensed to handle biohazard situations, including blood, feces, or bodily fluids. We also do not service homes with live pest infestations (including roaches or bedbugs). If an infestation is discovered during service, cleaning will stop immediately, and full payment will be charged.

Honesty in Home Condition
Please be honest about the condition of your home when booking. If the actual condition does not match your booking selection, we will offer options:

  1. Add time at an additional cost (if available)

  2. Reschedule for another day

  3. Cancel the service (deposit will not be refunded)

Respect for Staff
All Diva Dolls technicians are under signed non-compete agreements. We ask that you do not attempt to hire them directly. Any disrespect, harassment, or discrimination toward our staff will result in immediate service termination.

Safety Protocols

  • Technicians wear non-slip footwear at all times

  • We do not clean above step-stool height

  • Large furniture will not be moved

  • Fireplaces are not included in our cleaning

  • The home temperature must be between 68°F and 76°F during service

Severe Weather Policy
Our team reserves the right to reschedule services during inclement weather for safety reasons. If your home loses power, please notify us immediately. If we arrive and the home is not accessible or safe to clean, full charges will apply.

Marketing and Photos
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control or promotional use. No identifying features or personal items will be shown. We encourage you to tag us on social media—we love seeing your clean home pride!

Move-Out Cleanings

  • The home must be empty (no furniture or personal items)

  • We do not clean carpets or walls

  • Appliances must be pulled out prior to our arrival if cleaning behind them is requested

  • A final walk-through must be done immediately after the cleaning; we do not return for touch-ups later
