Customer Guidelines
At Diva Dolls Supreme Cleaning, we’re committed to delivering luxury-level service with every visit. As our brand continues to grow and serve more families across Gwinnett and Rockdale Counties, we’ve updated our cancellation and no-show policy to maintain fairness, protect our valued team, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Our professional cleaning technicians are the heart of what we do. To respect their time and guarantee consistency in their schedules (and earnings), it’s essential that we uphold clear and structured policies for all appointments.
Policy Effective Date: January 2025
Our Policies
Cancellation Policy for First-Time, Deep, General, or Move-In/Out Cleanings:

A minimum of 48 business hours' notice is required for any cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge based on the original service rate.
A cancellation includes but is not limited to:

Inability to access the property upon arrival
-
No running water or electricity
-
No functioning A/C or heating system
-
Presence of other service providers (e.g., painters, pest control, carpet cleaners, construction crews)
Recurring Clients (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Services):
Skipping a scheduled cleaning can cause additional time and effort during your next appointment. The following skip fees will apply:

Weekly Clients – $15
-
Bi-Weekly Clients – $20
-
Monthly Clients – $40
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule from time to time. Here's what you need to know:

Please provide 48 business hours' notice for any reschedules.

The rescheduled appointment must take place within 5 business days of the original date.

Reschedules made beyond the 5-business-day window will incur an additional $10 per week past the original schedule.

Please note: Rescheduling does not shift your recurring schedule. For example, if you move a Monday cleaning to Friday, your next service will still occur on its regular Monday schedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 business hours' notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the original scheduled service.
